Do they have a new website? Went to window shop a little and it's totally different. Hard to navigate, and prices seem to shift (dynamic pricing?).

Ugh.K. I screenshot a scope to send to a friend and went back and looked 4 hours later, same scope, same part number was $142 cheaper.

This happened to me. Nuke’d my account and years worth of history. Made a new account and kept getting server errors trying to submit for VIP pricing again. CS didn’t seem to want to handle it and I was told it was sent to their IT person and it was left at that. Haven’t heard anything since.I also think whoever designed that messy, busy website should be fired. Its awful.
More awful is that my account is fubar'd. I followed the directions to reset my password and zero email with the PW reset link. And, I went thru the process to get into their VIP program as I'm a vet (I believe I just sent them a copy of my DD214).
I sent a message to their CS....let's see how much of a PIA it will be to fix this. I like Eurooptic but so far this looks like a total fuckup as far as my account.

If you are logged in, you can reset PW but if you got logged in then you don’t have to do it.
For those of us who have (had?) accounts and could NOT log in, we had to follow the link to reset PW which sends an email with appropriate link(s). But myself and others never got the email despite repeated attempts.
Just another fucked up migration. Sigh

Tried the forgot password to reset, no emails. This is great.I was able to reset my password and my user info was still there. Just tough to navigate now.
People justify a paycheck by fixing something until it doesn't work anymore and then leaving it that way.

That can't happen here, too many tough guys .Euro is a solid retailer with an active presence on the hide. Put the pitchforks down and let them sort it out.
I’m really trying to understand the problem. If you wanted a new rifle scope, it clearly states Shop Optics. Then it has a picture of a rifle scope and it’s labeled Scopes. Then another picture of a rifle scope and it’s even labeled Riflescope. I click on that and it takes me to all the riflescopes they sell. It literally could not be any easier.
