I have been a long time lurker. Much of what is discussed on sniperhide has effected numerous purchase decisions over the last few years. But the service from Jason at EuroOptics was great today and warranted a post.
I have been watching the T5XI thread with great interest for a while. Last week I was prepared to pre-order two scopes and called numerous sniperhide sponsors. I got varying responses from a sponsor waiting until October to fuss to not expecting scopes until next year. (The post by steiner rep today clears up the uncertainty of vendors last week but it came after my purchase)
This caused me to change my purchase decision. Today I called one vendor to see if they would deal with me on two scopes and they were not willing to. Then I called Jason based on the recommendations here. I told him I was interested in those two scopes and he agreed he could work a deal with me. Unbeknownst to him I was in need of more. The end result was that I purchased the following because of his excellent customer service:
Vortex Razor HD 2 in 4.5x27x56
For custom 6.5 creedmoor from Bugholes.com. I will provide a report on this at another date hopefully.

With mounts this is at or above a 13k purchase. This purchase is for me and two other people in my office. We decided to order everything together to get the best price possible and we feel jason was more than willing to take our money even at a slightly reduced profit margin. I made the order just before lunch today and I already got the tracking number on the first shipment and it has left the warehouse.
