Well after a long wait i finally got her.
EuroOptics special edition Sako TRG 22 in 260rem.
it looks like the wait was worth it.
this is my 2nd 260rem now the 1st being a dpms LR-260.
everything was shot prone with bipod and rear bag.
the scope i used was a cheap one i had.the Nightforce i want was out of stock so it will come later.
it was 52 degrees out and raining.
the loads used were 139g senars in new lapua brass with 41.5g of N160 ,fed 210m primers. oal of 2.830"
after a couple of shots at 50yds i moved out too 100yd.
3 shots were enough
next came 5 at 200yds. i was a little exited after what i seen at 100 and was a little shaky.
then 10 at 300yd
these came in at 1.75" for all 10
and 5 more at 600yd
the group at 600 messured just under 4"
i did a couple more at 600 had 4 shots go 2.5" but the 5th was like 8" off?.
the rain was getting bad so i called it a day.
the loads were on the soft side to be safe.
i will load some more up and try h4831sc the next time out.
