Just wanted to publically thank Jeff and all the fine folks at Timney Triggers for the excellent service and thought I'd share my most recent experience.
A few weeks ago we had not one, but TWO barreled actions sent in to us for some work. In both cases the customers packaged things, well, without as much padding as they probably should have used. After all, we all know things can sometimes get handled roughly in shipping. In both cases the trigger shoes arrived broken. So, within a couple days of each other this is what we got...
We replaced the two triggers out of our inventory to get the customers' rifles back out as fast as possible. I sent Jeff a quick e-mail letting him know I was sending back a couple triggers to see if he could maybe repair with new shoes. Instead this is what I got back (complete with the sucker!)...
Timney makes a great product. They also happen to have outstanding customer service should you ever need it. I proudly run one of their triggers in my 6.5 Creedmoor.
