Gunsmithing Experience with CBC Industries uppers

Has anyone out there had any experience using CBC Industries upper assemblies for ar's? I'm looking to build a budget rifle, and they are offering pretty much what I'm after. I'm not planning on doing any competition shooting, but would like something with relatively decent accuracy. The upper has a 24in bbl, 223 wylde chamber, with a 1/8 twist.

At some point you have to ask yourself how they can sell that upper for 300 bucks.

That's why I put the question out there. I fully understand the "get what you pay for" thing, but they put a good warranty on their stuff. folks don't usually do that unless it's halfway decent. I don't want to waste my time or money on junk, but for what I'm wanting, I'd rather not have to drop $1000+ either. This build is just for fun, not the wimbledon cup.

The WOA upper is a nice piece, and I had actually looked at that before. I expect this build to total less than the cost of that upper. At the moment, circumstances prevent me from dropping those kind of dollars on an upper, and I'm trying to get my parts together in case our elected idiots decide we don't need THOSE type of weapons. WOA will definitely be at or near the top of my list for future builds, assuming we still can.
I may live to regret it, but I'm gonna give CBC a shot.I like the fact they employ vets, and put a lifetime warranty on their stuff. It make take a while to get this build done, but I'll report back and let everyone know how it is, good or bad.
