Rifle Scopes Eye glasses and optics?

I've been away from shooting for a while and now I've found my older eyes to be a problem. I'm farsighted (using progressive lenses) and my older scopes don't seem to have enough adjustment for me to be able to focus the reticle. One new scope seems ok. On top of that, normal shooting positions seem have me looking through the normal part of the lense in my glasses or past the lense altogether.
