Eyewitness video captures congressional baseball shooting

I saw that on the news and thought "what has our world come to that someone actually has the thought go through their brain to pull their phone out while bullets are flying" next thought was "If that person had a gun would they still have pulled their phone out instead"

I witnessed a car accident a few weeks back and one driver was early 20's male. I swear the cars were still moving and he jumped out with his phone rolling, either pics or video. It isn't a bad thing, and we get a lot of good stuff from it. Just my first thought under stress is not "I need to video this".

Remember when phones were used to make calls to 911 when an emergency was taking place? I didn't watch this particular video, but if it's the one I saw before, someone nearby can be heard asking the guy with the phone if he called 911. He answers no, that he figured someone else would do that. Meanwhile the shooting just goes on.

Didn't see anyone running out to give him assistance. Not having the ability to carry is not only a atttack on our freedoms but it creates situations like this where it is like shooting fish in a bucket. The democrates shoot at people then blame the NRA. What a screwed up system.
