My 77/22 All-Weather finally broke the tip off its firing pin after many, many thousands of rounds. Ruger won't sell me one unless I send them the whole gun, which I do NOT want to do because it has a trigger job done by AWC, a chopped and threaded barrel, etc. And if they get their hands on it, they will replace all the trigger parts with stock parts even if I tell them not to.

I've looked everywhere. Does anyone have one they'd sell?

If push comes to shove, buy a used 77/22, trade the firing pins in the two rifles, send the used one with the broken pin back to ruger for a new pin, then sell it when you get it back.
If you are good at buying/selling used guns it shouldn't cost you much.

Fuck Ruger. My 77/22 is out of commission because they won't sell me a firing pin...a fucking $5 part. I can't send them the gun, because AWC built it up and I'm not doing a Form 5 to send it to them - plus they said they would replace any modified parts - which means my $150 trigger job is gone.

I reiterate: Fuck Ruger.
