Buy a fully loaded 5-25 with Jake Vibbert's reticle and its about $3800 MSRP. so $1900 with the cert, $2100 with the cost of the cert.

I've spent some time behind Jake's 25x Foundations. They are far nicer than anything you can touch for that price. And that's the most expensive version. You can shave a little with reticle and magnification options.
