I'm shooting a factory 6.5CM Bergara B14 18" with SICo omega 30. Took it to the range today with factory S&B 140 soft points. 80deg and 80% humidity, on the 38th shot I has a case split, looks like over pressure and just want to make sure its not the rifle.

It was hot out and I was shooting slow to avoid overheating, but the gun was hot. 38th shot of the day, 222nd round out of the gun total. No signs of damage to the gun or bolt.

I would suspect a flaw in the case.
    Same here:

I've had similar thing happen with a low pressure load with once fired Federal brass - the split case weighed considerably less than other cases in the same batch, so I figured there was a manufacturing flaw that caused thinner case walls and that the case failed for that reason.

Check that primer against others you shot from the same batch, from the angle we have it looks like the primer is pretty flat and maybe pushed out a bit. To me it looks like that load was over pressure and may have been combined with a weak spot in the case as has been mentioned.

Again if it is just that one I wouldn't sweat it much.
