Well needless to say my wife and mother of my two wonderful daughters has told me she wants a boob job. She feels like they aren't up to her standards after breast feeding two kids. I am mostly for the idea because i feel like it is a nice treat for the both of us. It feels alittle weird since she is only 27 but hey how do you argue with getting bigger plumper TITS???

so my question is have any of you guys had your significant other get them and go crazy after? crazy good/bad?

any recommendations or opinions?

And if by chance she dosent leave you (or just cheat on you and not say anything) it will be around 6k for the tatas and who in the hell knows how much for the new wardrobe. Me myself I love the fake tits. I have seen many married fake titties, My advice would be no. My brother did it for his wife, well they stayed married about half of a year. About six months after my ex wife got her boob job "still married" she ended up f'n my "now" ex best friend and others I found out about later.I never did trust her anyways. Narcissistic crazy bitch!

The good news is after I healed up from all that I found and married probably the nicest person I've ever met! True soul mate! I taught her how to shoot and recently she won her first shooting comp beating me by 1 point.

We're to old now for boob jobs and such now.I love her as is.

OK finally a topic that I knows sumthin about. Mikees Rules of Boobs:

#1. Real or not? Mikee says, if I can get my hands or lips on them, they real!

#2. When your lady goes to get some new tata's, they will try them in increasing size, until, they get " the right size ".

#3. That is backwards. Using that method, most end up around 350 - 425ml volume.

#4. Mikee's method, get sample WAY too big, like 750ml. Go smaller, until barely OK. She will have at least 50-75ml more.

#5. She will thank you, because, EVERY ONE OF THEM, wishes they had went " a couple sizes bigger".

#6. Get her sister to get some too, they can massage each other after surgery. Maybe you can help, at least you should be able to watch. YMMV.

#7. Do NOT take pictures of the new twins on your digital cam, and leave them, for the time you are showing your family ya'lls new house. This is critical if you do not wish to stroke your mother out!!!!!

And no, I will not post pics of said tatas. Seven years on hers, and she is thinking about an upgrade.

A lot of women do get stupid and fuck up after a boob job. Not all, but a lot. the increased attention and flattery they haven't gotten in a while, if ever, makes them do stupid things.
But maybe you will be one of the lucky ones. Personally, I'm for it as long as you discuss the matter first and make it clear there will be temptation afterwards that didn't exist before, and she needs to know you know about it.
Don't go too big, and she needs to be done having kids, otherwise they will likely need to be removed before she has the kid. They will cause problems while nursing and she will need to go even larger if she doesn't remove them before her tits swell up and stretch the skin again.
There will be massage required several times a day to prevent scarring from messing them up, and sometimes women have permanently erect nipples, loss of increased nipple sensation, and may even lactate permanently.
Get some lipo on the ass cellulite while your there too.

+1 I have a few examples of this also.

Whether you or she buys them, I recommend silicone gel and at least 400cc. You won't get the rippling effect on the side of the boobs like you will get w/ the others and won't get the sloshing sound of saline either.

Surgery of any kind sucks. Remember that they cut a person open for that shit. Not for someone I love. I can't imagine volunteering for that shit. Also, as a person that has had a few surgeries in the past, I still get sore around the incision area, & have numbness in My chest 11 years later. They took out a lung witch is pretty damn serious, but they use the same anesthesia for cosmetic surgery too. That stuff can kill a person. Period. For tits? Fuck that.

Post operative infections are real. I treat many disgruntled customers of elective/unnecessary surgery. My best friend in school bought his wife implants, they cost around $10000. When she developed her post op infection they cost another $5000 to remove. The repeated abscess drainings ran a few hundred, then the antibiotics that she was on intravenously for 4 weeks ran $2500 a week. Subsequent months of wound clinic and curative reconstructive surgery to deal with tissue deficits drove his total investment to $54000, when the smoke cleared. Which wasn't covered by his insurance due to being "cosmetic."

I don't have time to tell you about the RN I took care of...long story short...her 40th present turned into an infection leading to antibiotics, leading to a total abdominal colectomy with an ostomy appliance for the rest of her life. Clostridium difficile is a BITCH!

I've known a few women who were not content with what God gave them. Known several who wished they had gone a size larger, a few who regretted doing that. Fake tits tend to look best covered in clothes and a bit odd when fully exposed. Two half grapefruits bolted to a woman's chest is just plain odd. Her body will react to a foreign object shoved into it with scar tissue. Over time they get harder and make mammagrams more difficult for cancer detection.

I've seen some very bad boob jobs, it isn't like changing the tires on your car, not every doctor does a good job, not every set of breasts are good candidates for enhancement.

Lots of tits lose sensitivity as they are stretched. Don't think gravity will stop with a boob job. Sag is a constant companion.

Doubt any long term breast implant patient hasn't had at least one leak or emergency related to the implant.

I don't think new boobs cause divorce but if the marriage has problems then the confidence new boobs give the woman and the increased attention given by men might be the push needed to step out.

But hey cosmetic surgery doctors have bills to pay and private schools for their kids ain't cheap. I don't want to hurt their cheese stacking, get a set of new boobs for the Mrs and keep the economy moving.

It's the American thing to do!
