Rifle Scopes falcon menace 10x40

well i have one with an mp20 ret in 1/4 clicks and this is what iam wondering.

how well does the scope track ?
has any one shot decent groups with this scope ?
does any one have troubles seeing a 1 inch circle at 100yds ?
can the scope be sent out to get better glass installed ?
how far have you pushed this scope ? how well did it do ?


i use this scope on my msg90 clone, my groups are suffering cause my gun is seriously out of head space, once new rollers are received ill give it a go, i just think i might wanna sell it for the 4-14 or 5-25 version so i have some magnification, all and i like this scope and i kinda dont wanna get ride of it... but for some reason i feeling strongly tword magnification esp if i wanna get out their say 400+

how far have you pushed this scope ? how well did it do ? <span style="color: #FF0000">I shot steel out to 600 yds with it. It did ok. I have sold that 10x Falcon, for a MIL/MIL Falcon 7.5x50MM. It now resides on my 22 LR. Falcon's are what they are. Good entry level scopes, w/tactical features, cheap entry into MIL/MIL and FFP. Not bad, not great. YMMV

First if you can't hit one hole at 100M, it's all you or the gun is not a shooter.

You should break the scope in by thouroughly rotating the erectors through their travel, then centering it

with a 10x44 I can see 4mm - 5mm dots just fine but my reticle blocks them when I aim at them(I place a 1" grid on paper and make red 4mm - 5mm dots on the intersecting lines)

You have good glass for the price you paid. For better glass suggest a raman diet and save money until you reach US Optics/S&B/NF/Hendsoldt territory

I have shot my similiar SWFA SS 10x42 to 450M with no issues and solid 1/2MOA - 1MOA groups(the larger grouping was allll meeeee)
