Rifle Scopes Falcon Menace 5.5-25x56 B20

So my brother and I have weighed a lot of options about sub $500 scopes and we think were sold on the falcon ffp 5.5-25 scope for a good mil/mil ffp semi beginner scope. Do you all think that's a decent idea or do you think its really not worth my money, even on a low budget? I'd hate to pay for something that won't track or zero or won't be a good scope, but on a budget i'd like it to be the best I can get....thanks for any help y'all might give.

I have heard good things,but haven't gotten to use one myself. I am skeptical buying that much scope for that little I personally think you would be better off dropping down to the 6.5-20 range or so and getting a little higher end scope. That's just my $.02

I am pleased with my Falcon 4-14x. It tracks perfectly, has decent clicks, and the glass isnt bad at all. I think it's perfect as a beginner scope. I had mine mounted on my OBR 7.62 before I got my USO SN-3.

If you're really counting your pennies, you outta keep an eye out in the EE for a used one.
