With your combo I like 85.5grs-88.0grs of H-4831sc under the 250s for about ~2825-2875 fps out of my TRG and good to 1k. I don't need to shoot hi-po rounds, as I'm confined to 1k.
You can shoot the 300s if you want/need to.
Load your rounds for the distance you intend to shoot and save your throat.
