The FBI arrested a Wisconsin judge Friday morning for allegedly hiding a previously deported illegal immigrant in her jury room in order to stop him from being arrested by ICE, Fox News has learned.

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested and charged with obstruction of an official proceeding after evidence came to light that she had shielded the migrant from ICE agents. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest, according to a criminal complaint.

Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA attempted to arrest the undocumented male – Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz -- following his scheduled criminal court appearance before Dugan on April 18 to face three misdemeanor battery charges.

Dugan demanded that the officers proceed to the chief judge’s office and – after his hearing ended - escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out a restricted jury door, bypassing the public area where agents were waiting, per the complaint.

Everyone wants instant progress or solutions, and I do get it, but two judges have been arrested. This in and of itself is a big event. I only briefly searched but the last record I could find of a judge being arrested is in 2018 and another in 2022. This is two in two days, it's a solid start.

I am with you but now they just sentenced George Santos to 7+ years in Federal prison for fraud and this is why it makes me feel the two judges were us getting thrown a bone so now they get their pound of flesh with Sanos. always seems like tit for tat like they are different sides of the same coin.It could be the cynical me just my opinion. Also its always on a Friday so next week there is a new cycle of crap going on to sift through.
