Coworker told me about some type of FBI fun fight unfolding today? I don’t watch the news. Anything important? Bank robbery? He said a couple agents are down

The last thread deteriorated into politics and LE bashing.

I’d recommend not going down the same path.
If you bring up the FBI or people post links to corporate media that is obviously going to lead to a political discussion. No one in the last thread were bashing LE as a whole, but pointing out the FBI are untrustworthy and therefore questioning whether the official story of this event is even true.

1: politics are only allowed in specific threads. This has been told to you all several times by Frank.

2: Bullshit. There are several posts in there basically saying if you work for the fbi you’re no good. There are literally posts saying anyone employed by the FBI are corrupt. Just like every other job out there, there are good and bad people.

If you are of the opinion many of those posts are not bashing LE, you’re probably better off moving on to another forum before you make a post like that and are helped along.

Well, by his own admission he is 'slow'. ;) 😂

In any population, be it LE or the Hide, there is a wide spectrum. Like a bell curve, saints and heros on one end, devils and crooks on the other, and most of us fall somewhere in the middle.

Reckon Ill get called out for 'brown nosing' but Ive said the same thing a half dozen times.

Yep. LE are just people like everyone else. Most don’t have any ill intentions and just want to do/just do their job about average.

I know good FBI Agents and I know not as good. Rarely any out an out bad.

Actually corrupt or ill minded LE is very rare. It just gets media coverage.

There is a higher percentage/incidence of shit-heads in the Bear Pit than in LE. And that's the problem with the threads that go sideways... You have the same characters bringing up the same disjointed arguments and "facts" irrelevant to the conversation every time there's a news story about a law enforcement agency.

This shooting today... a story concocted by the FBI to cover up a political agenda? They deserved what they got because you don't understand what happened at Ruby Ridge or in Waco? Really? The suggestions get more and more stupid each time.

This is what happened today. A search warrant was to be served. Pedo-man realizes law enforcement is outside. He knows what he's guilty of and why LE are there. He knows he's going to Federal Pound-Me-In-The-ASS prison. He knows pedos don't survive in prison. He's got nothing to lose at this point. Grabs his rifle (assuming it was a rifle) and starts shooting. A couple people dedicated to taking a pedophile, a child-predator, an animal that would gladly fondle your child if given the chance, to jail get killed in the fire.

Saying the situation was something different just goes to show what a feeble-minded, bitch-ass, keyboard-commando, armchair-quarterback, un-American piece of shit you are.

i am sure i am to blame in part, but i have always supported law enforcement.
and to be sure i value the lives lost today and my heart goes out to the family of the fallen.
but this is because they are human beings, and not because the served the fbi, which whatever...

if derisive statements about the fbi that helped frame trump, knowingly, hid the hunter laptop, knowingly..etc etc etc is to be taken as making hateful comments about "law enforcement", i don't know what else to say but sorry.

I think it important to distinguish between the higher ups in the FBI, or any organization, who have political agendas, and those who are doing the job on the street. Im betting those two who died were good people who thought they were protecting children..

    RIP

agreed,. but who do you call to report corrupt federal agents? the rank and file (not these specific people) has to hold their own leadership accountable. the oig is a joke. if nobody confesses, there is no crime according to the oig.

Most of my friends are law enforcement, most of them being FBI or DEA. I never met a bad agent. I did meet a few that were dicks but never a dishonest or corrupt agent, or any indication they were anything but straight arrow law enforcement. They really are the best of the best law enforcement, the FBI can pick and chose who they want and it's hard to make the cut. They have very good vetting processes.

One of my very good friends was the ASAC of one of the Crimes Against Children squads. The horrific things they have to deal with are beyond words. At one time the alcoholism and suicide rates were so high in those squads an agent could only spend 18 months there. The horror doesn't stop with the victim and the law enforcement that have to investigate the crimes. It extends into the court room where friends, family, jurors, judges, bailiffs, court reporters, and any other person who is exposed to the victims, evidence and testimony. My ASAC friends told me in really bad cases it was not uncommon for jurors to break down and cry uncontrollably or start throwing up.

I really feel bad for the agents that were killed and wounded in that shooting. They were already doing one of the most difficult jobs in law enforcement. I asked my ASAC friend one time how they were able to perform an arrest on someone who has done such horrific things to children without breaking every bone in their body. She said it was up to her to investigate, arrest them and get them off of the street. Then it was up to the judicial and penal systems to deal with them after that.

It isn't that politics is being disallowed in all these threads it's politics that you don't like or feel is controversial that's being shutdown. If you really want no politics in the Bear Pit no one would be able to post anything about current events or new proposed gun laws for example, because that's all politics. Granted it's Frank's site so he can do what he wants with it, but call it what it is, not no politics, but no politics that make Frank or his moderators feel uncomfortable.

As for number 2. If you knowingly work for an organization that is evil, and especially if you take orders blindly from above from evil people, you are not a good person. Ignorance of that evil only goes so far as an excuse. I know that's hard to take for people that are former military or police that are accustomed to obeying orders equals good, but it doesn't make it less true. I wouldn't dispute that it's possible to be trying to do good within an evil institution, but eventually you're likely going to have to choose between doing what's right and what your ordered or expected to do. Saying I've got to look out for my career or protect my pension as an excuse may not be a form of legal corruption, but it is a form of moral corruption, which is worse. Ask yourself this, are there good LE people in communist China? How about back in early 1940s Germany? If Posters say bad things about those LE is that considered bashing? How about British, Canadian, or Australian LE busy assaulting people for not wearing a mask, having a family gathering, or a walk in park? Are they fair game or is that LE bashing? Is it just US LE we have to be careful not to bash? I do have a lot of respect for some LE that not only show physical, but moral courage as well. Standing up for the rights of their community against unjust and unconstitutional laws and dictates. They're literally right on the front line of the fight against tyranny. Someone remind me of such an individual in the last decade from the FBI?

well that better than I had pictured in my mind , I almost thought the fbi were shooting there own trying to weed out those that believed in the rule of law and that pesky constitution thing or like those Black militia member "accidentally" shoots his comrades during a march lol.
the potential for comedy clips were endless with those guys . or the antifa when they were tearing down statues and they dropped them on top of there own people all very funny events . or the blm and antifa think that they could stop a speeding car with there faces speed bump .

I just read one of the murdered agents (S/A Daniel Alvin) was responsible for the “Playpen” website takedown a few years ago. Hundreds of US and international pedophiles arrested and over 50 kidnapped/sex slave children saved.

“It’s the same with any criminal violation: As they get smarter, we adapt, we find them. It’s a cat-and-mouse game, except it’s not a game. Kids are being abused, and it’s our job to stop that.”

Dan Alfin, special agent, FBI Violent Crimes Against Children Section

Again, take this elsewhere. I’m not going to argue with you. Your choice. Keep it to yourself or find another outlet.

You’ve been told to keep politics in the threads Frank allows and you’ve been told to watch the LE bashing.

No more warnings. This is a site to talk about precision shooting that happens to allow *some* political talk in specific threads.

And there lies your problem and cant follow directions. Frank told EVERYONE there is none of that discussion outside of the PortaJohn thread. But keep doing what you want....

Hey guys yall heard about this ammo shortage? My buddy told me i came here, didnt look for the 17 threads discussing it already and decided to make one anyway.

I also didn't turn on any news or internet news where its plastered all over it.

Like I said in the other thread, there are significant portions of the FBI that I hold in the most utter contempt imaginable, but the men who lost their lives trying to bring a reckoning to the most vile of the vile are not amongst them.

all i have to say about any of this is....that i have heard the agents killed were largely responsible for removing a shit ton of pedos from the street. with that in mind....it begs the question........what did these agents have on the clintons?
there is some suggestion they were acting on something from a certain laptop that the new york post had reported on.
if this is true, you have to wonder if somebody with access to what was on the laptop might have tipped him off, or if he was just a paranoid pedo that was already ready or expecting trouble since he might have known his name was on it.

Anyone who has worked with the FBI or DEA knows that street savvy is not their strong point. Too much time in the office and not enough experience doing real police work. No disrespect to the fallen.
