Sorry...I skipped this part of introducing myself when I joined a few months ago.
I'm not a sniper. I'm just an old guy (65) who was never around guns until my Marine Corps father-in-law passed away in 1995 and I inherited a couple of WWII issue 1911's (still in the cosmoline), a couple of '03-A3 rifles and two revolvers...one in 45 ACP and the other a 22. Within a couple of weeks of that time I was hooked! Now...25 years and a couple of hundred firearms later (with about 90 of them still in my possession)...I'm just a guy who likes to shoot any and everything and who finds reloading almost as much fun as the shooting part of it.
But the reason that I'm posting today is to find out what the whole "reaction score" and "trophy point" thing is all about. I tried doing a search on the site and didn't run across an explanation about what that is all about. I'm wondering because I am buying some stuff and am not sure how to get a feel for the person I'm buying stuff from other than the length of time they have been members...
