What is the equivalent primer in another brand to the Federal Gold Medal Match primer? (210M) This would be the large rifle, non-magnum primer. I had the great fortune to listen to a gentleman when beginning to reload and he told me to use these primers and to purchase around 5000. I thought he was crazy as I had never pulled the trigger on more than 200 rifle cartridges in my life. Well, 3 years later, I have a bad case of ballistic crack addiction now and thought it might be time to begin to search for more primers. None seem to be available. Any help in determining a comparable, and available, brand would be appreciated.

Federal GMM Primers 210M

just get the regular Federal GM210's. I have used both and honestly saw zero difference between the regular and the match. CCI is also a great primer.
Thanks for the guidance. Looks like I'll try the Federal 210s and the CCI BR2s both and see if there is a noticeable difference with either.
I find the Fed 210 & 210M give me pretty much the same performance. I've got 10,000 210M and 4,000 210s. I figure I'm set for several years, but as many have said I'm shooting much more and fortunately getting better with more practice, since I started reloading. I find reloading to be as fun and more relaxing than the shooting!

I shoot the 210M a lot in 308 match ammo.
I use a lot of Remington 9 1/2 also. They are a good consistent primer.

Only noticeable difference will be in your wallet. It will be a lot lighter if you purchase the br2s.
