FFL Transfer List thread, in DIY, needs-a-geek!

Any of you computerologists know how to go about fixing the format/display of the FFL Transfer List there in the DIY section?

Or, is it worth fixing? Does anyone use it?

Point being, I made that list 'some years ago' and I haven't got a clue what I used for a 'template' to start with, but it survived the numerous changes back and forth between galaxies. And I have constantly updated the information, whenever anyone wanted anything added to it.

Until recently (as in the past few weeks) where it has turned into 'gobble-dee-gook' (that's a technical term) and is near heirogryphically indecipherable.

So, before the whole thread gets deleted (or should it?) is there a way of making it legible again?

It's in HTML? Probably just needs to be parsed.

DO NOT delete the information displayed currently.

Html (google that if necessary) uses "tags" so that the browser (what you use to look at this here) knows how to format the information received from the server (where the 'hide is hosted).

The FFL list displays incorrectly because of some of the tag structure being messed up. All you need to do is to fix the tag structure and things will be fine again.

I could fix this for you but it would be more valuable for you if you did it yourself. Read a tutorial on how to create html tables and then correct the messed up page accordingly. It is really simple, much simpler than reloading or shooting well.

Paste the original 'gobble-dee-gook' into WORD or something similar and then use 'Find and Replace' to correct the tags.

That's what I did, but the old board s/w used [ ... /] instead of < ... />, and the online HTML parsers, after I stuck in HTML, BODY, etc., wasn't kickin' back auto-spacing. All he needs to do is to copy/paste and then use carriage returns.

I'm right in the middle of doing other things at the moment, so I'll get to this. To be continued. And yeah, before this I didn't even know what a 'parse' was, let alone that I had a few missing. Anyone got a few extra parses?
