so i've been doin some looking into scopes still and not sure what the difference in the FFP or SFP is, I do know on the scope I have now that I have to do my ranging at 10x, so which does that make it, and when looking at scopes how do I know which it is, thanks again for any input

Re: FFP or SFP

You have a second focal plane scope if it is only works for ranging on 10x. A first focal plane reticle changes in size as the power changes keeping the mil spacing always in the proper spacing.

Re: FFP or SFP

how can you tell if a scope is ffp or sfp by looking at it or when i'm looking online, I would really like to look at a ffp and check one out sounds like something i would like

It will say in the title/description if it's FFP
