Well, an 1853 pattern Enfield 3-band musket qualifies as a "sniper rifle" with 1,200-1,400 yard max effective range, wicked accuracy due to the rifling-hugging expansion of the Minie ball upon firing, with proper optic, or if you are REALLY good with irons... And it's got a real wicked 18 inch tricorn bayonet on the end. So you got a sniper rifle that loads albeit a bit slow, but still a sniper rifle nonetheless, a lance, and a club all in one package...
