First and foremost, a huge thanks to all of the gurus on this board. Padom, bigjake, and many others who's knowledge base and willingness to share made a tremendous impact on purchasing decisions ultimately leading me to my goal - 1/2 MOA from a AR 10 framed build of my own.

I finally completed my load workup and fine tuning of my first AR10 framed rifle. I was looking for two things, consistency and sheer accuracy. The JP products are nothing short of superb. The build went together flawlessly. I had to work out some bugs with the rifle beating up brass pretty hard and again, thank you for everyone's input who commented. I have my gas block barely open and a heavy spring in the SCS. I also added one tungsten weight. Truly, when the last tungsten weight was added, the rifle recoils equivalent to a 223 and it shaved off 0.1-0.2" from my groups. I followed a recrnt thread that suggested fine tuning the gas system can improve accuracy. I agree 100%. I have noticed this with my experiments as well.

Below is the build list. The scopepictured is a Leupold 6.5- 20 with a tmoa reticle that I had available. This would be the only upgrade from here. I only have access to a 500-yard range at this time so it fits the bill fairly well. 38 grains of h4350 it's not what I was hoping for but I was really looking for accuracy over anything. Also, it is much more easy on the brass. I did find a Haier node up around 42 but it was knocking primers out of brand brass.

Build List:
-JP builder's set 6.5 CM +2 gas system with included bolt
-JP adjustable gas block
-JP lmos bcg
-JP tank brake
-JP SCS with heavy spring and tungsten wt.
-Luth adjustable stock
-Aero Precision M5e1 set with 15" Mlok handguard
-Geissle 2 stage national match trigger
-Using ASC mags for longer COAL

Load:
-Hornady Cases trimmed to 1.910
-Win. Lg Rifle primer
-Hornady 147 Eldm
-H4350 38.0 GR.
-Coog 2.205

Again, thank you to all of the knowledgeable folks on this board and helping me obtain my goal.

I will post velocities. I believe I have some documented. I have tried numerous powder combinations and bullets and found this one to be the most accurate and reliable overall. The first 5 shots were with rl19 and nosler partitions I had left over that went into one ragged hole. I was able to duplicate the load (but with about 1/2 moa) but the partitions we're pretty pricey.

Outstanding results, thanks for sharing! I've had good results in my 6.5 CM gas gun with Reloder 16 and it's suppose to be temperature stable like H4350. You might give it a try as many experience higher velocities with it than H4350.

May have to try some 16. I was using 17 and getting a bit more velocity. The h4350 load is super accurate but the speed is not too impressive. I had a higher node that was not quite as accurate but close but beating my brass up. Since then, I added a tungsten wt in the SCS and still using the heavy spring. Smooth as silk now. Easy on the brass at this load.
