I searched for about an hour with no headway into individual units. Your best bet is the ASA(FM) they have loads of documents, but no guarantee what you are looking for will be there.

Using your UIC will probably help a great deal, I'd probably use the BN UIC and not the Co. If you can get ahold of the FY 2011 budget that will likely get you a guestimate and better yet the document heading and series you are looking for. If you have a friend in S4 that wouldn't hurt either. You can also go digging in the BN server if you have access; it's generally not the first option I would run to; but people tend to be sloppy.
