Okay thermal experts, what can you guys tell me about the FLIR T60? Is it a good clip on and what are they worth? I can't find hardly any info on them.
I watched a clean very nice unit sell for $4,600.00 a couple of weeks ago on Fleabay. My understanding is that it has no internal cross-hairs and is strictly a 640 clip on unit.
It is my understanding that these were made for the guys in the sandbox that needed to be able to get up to about 6x or 7x magnification on their day scopes. The T50 (320 unit) was only good up to around 4x max. So the T60 was an interim step up for longer distances basically.
Here is the listing and winning bid price of $4,600.00
