I had a T70 back in 2013 around when they were first released. In fact, I took delivery of it from UPS the day of my wedding, and my awesome wife let me mess around with it a ton that night. It was my first thermal device of any kind, so it obviously impressed me. I used it in conjunction with a Trijicon TA02. Sadly, circumstances later down the road lead to me having to sell it, and I've been without for 5 years. I'm now looking to get another thermal optic, preferably a clip on, for my Barrett M82. I don't need it for long range, so I'm fine with the limitations of the T50 in that regard. My question is what can I get out of something like a Hogster-C, or other similarly priced clip ons that the T50 can't do, assuming a somewhat similar price? Warranty is an obvious one. I see a bit of negative comments regarding the T50 here, and FLIR in general, but struggled to find specific reasons. I like the 60mm lens on the T50.
