Shooters,

I just wanted to post a few pictures of the latest work that I have been doing on FNAR rifles.

This rifle has had the muzzle threaded for 5/8 x 24 with a Primary Weapon Systems Precision Rifle Comp installed. These are pretty impressive muzzle devices and do an excellent job of reducing muzzle flash and recoil.

The trigger is stoned and tuned to around 2.5 lbs or the next safest weight. I'm able to cut the trigger pull in half which really makes it feel nice. I'm also working on a new fixture that will allow me to reduce the creep safely so the trigger feels even better.

Here are some pictures.

That break looks pretty sharp!

Out of curiousity: Have you messed with the precision of the FNAR? I am interested in them just wanting opinions compared to other equally priced gas 308's.

I have not actually done any bench shooting with the FNAR, all shooting was test firing.

I do hear that they are 1/2 MOA or so rifles which is pretty impressive. The only complaint is they are front heavy rifles.

With the muzzle brake, chrome lined bore, accurate barrels, supplied scope base, trigger job and over all fit and finish I think they are a good buy!

I would own one.

Nice. I think that may actually be my rifle there.

I'm very interested in the new fixture to reduce creep. When you did mine I don't think that was an option when you did my trigger. What's the progress on that?

I'm still working on it, its coming along, but I need another FNAR to try it on...haha

So when I get the next one in I will give it a shot and see what the findings are and then make a few adjustments after that.

I will keep you posted.

Have your customers who have had the break added that accuracy improves? I am interested in having some work done to mine but am unsure if I want to invest anymore into it. I am new to the platform and find it shoots tight groups but inconsistently. I feel this is one of those guns that will take a lot of work (ie. practice) to master. Anyway I ramble.....What do your customers report on your aftermarket modifications when it comes to accuracy and felt recoil.
