Just joining after lurking a few years.
6 years Marine Infantry.
Now I work in China for an oil company, 30 days there, 30 days home.
Getting back into shooting as my 6 year old son is getting into it as well. He took his first deer this past November and is a big time outdoors guy.
I shoot Remington 700 LTR .308 Leupold Glass, Savage 10 Precision Carbine .308 Leupold Glass , Savage 116 .300 Win Mag Leupold Glass and a SOCOM 16 VLTOR with a Burris Scout scope. I have built a 600 yard range on my hunting lease and have been enjoying that, extending it out to a grand now. Nothing fancy just a shooting table and targets among the trees. Heck have even used the top of my Jeep to shoot from.
Looking forward to getting some tips and tricks and maybe provide something along the way.
