follow through??

i am having trouble grouping , i hit ok on a good day.


when i fire the rifle recoils and sometimes i can see the hit through the scope and sometimes the rifle jumps. is there anything i can do to help with follow through when firing.



when i shoot from prone it is not as bad. but i was sitting on a bench this weekend and it was horrible.

i use a cheap by pod and a bag for the buttstock.
