The buyer was informed of my mistake and refunded immediately, long before you posted in the thread. I owned my mistake and apologized for the inconveniences to the buyer and did the right thing by issuing a refund before I was promoted to do so.
This situation took less than a week.
I'm not sure why the buyer chose to get the moderator involved Or why this is being aired out on a forum instead of handling the situation appropriately.
PayPal refund was used so the buyer would receive his credit card fees back. Not sure of the process time on PayPal refunds as this is the first time I've dealt with it. A screenshot was sent to the buyer to confirm.
I have made more than a dozen sales on this forum with positive outcomes, this is the first time I've had issues. My previous deals speak for themselves, my reputation and my credibility.
If you want to trash on me do it in another thread in the feedback forum. There is no need to bump this post in the PX. Bottom line is I made a mistake, I owned the mistake and I made the situation right in a timely manner.
Thanks Dave
