I recently had a business Conference, in this conference it discussed different small business tactics. One thing I learned was that MidwayUSA won the Baldrige Award in 2009(I was deployed then).
MidwayUSA had $40 million in Sales between 1977-2003. After going after the Baldrige critiera and being awarded in 2009, MidwayUSA has turned around. Last year MidwayUSA had $225 million in revenue.
Just thought some of you small business guys might learn something from this.
