Hunting & Fishing For those who have asked about my Coyote call

I have a 50 foot extension for the speaker that i have not used in the field yet...

I can use my phone or Ipod i have the sounds loaded on both incise one dies. the amp was designed to run off one 9v battery, but i used 6 aa battery for longer run times. Works like a champ!

It uses one 9v battery, but I modded it to use 6aa's it sounds better on the louder sounds that way. and last longer.

How does the sound compare (volume and clarity) to a foxpro?

I made something very similar, same amp and an outdoor loudspeaker. I glued the 5" speaker into a short length of 4" shedule 40. Put a screw in cap on the other end and now it is water proof. I often hunt in the snow and this set up has worked well for several years.

That's very cool. And I'm betting its way cheaper than paying $999.95 for the FoxPro Snow Crow II

Yeah not counting the Ipod I have $35 into it

I looked at doing the same till I found a Cass Creek Bighorn used for $40
