Just eFiled my first Form 1 and will be getting my prints done tomorrow. Does anyone know, can you UPS overnight the fingerprint cards to the ATF in West Virginia?
I saw on the cover letter with the barcode they have a mailing address which is a street address you’re supposed to mail the cards to. Thoughts?
I know signature required is bad and will get refused but what about just plain old delivery confirmation?
I actually work very close to a local UPS hub that’s open when I get off work so it’s way easier for me to use them then USPS (assuming they’d accept the delivery).
