    Hey all,
Have a form 1 question. I've done a few but they were "domestic". SBRing my B&T APC9SD and I am little confused on what was correct to put for the manufacturer. It was manufactured by B&T AG in Thun, Switzerland (laser etched on the upper which is the seralized part) but imported by B&T USA LLC which is roll marked on the barrel which is also serialized but removable so I am leaning towards Brugger and Thomet, Switzerland but maybe it should be both? I am in full on paralysis by analysis so I wanted to ask folks who have done this more than me. Not sure if I should let it ride or nuke the form and start over. Thank you for the help!

The Form 1 (approved) for my APC9 reads B&T USA with a Tampa FL address.

Thank you. I jumped on the ATF eForms site and started a Form 1 to check. Lots of options...
    Brugger and Thomet
    B&T AG
    B&T USA LLC
They're all there and they all have a seperate codes. 🤷‍♂️ I guess I'll roll the dice and see what happens.

Yes, I remember there being multiple options on e-forms but can’t recall exactly why I went with “B&T USA”, or if “B&T USA LLC” was an option at that time. Surely one of those will work for you - good luck!

I think the options presented are what others have entered previously. I would do the Switzerland part. Because that is the gun it self. Otherwise, say you get a new barrel down the road, now your form no longer matches what you got.

That was my thinking. Something along the lines of "if it can be removed it can't be permanently engraved."
I'm sure the Switz get called Swedes all the time. Probably exasperated but used to it lol.
I get it, sir. I was laughing because I saw a reddit post where EVERYBODY was saying Burgger and Thomet, Sweden. I was like "This guy gets the joke!".
