Today I've been getting repeated error messages when searching the forum and reviewing the results. The error is:

Re: Forum problem or not compatible with FireFox?

Firefox stopped recognizing my Login. I could log in, but when I moved to a different page, the Login would be dropped. Lowlight told me that others have had the same problem. I switch to Chrome, having zero problems.

Same thing happened with 24HourCampfire. Started six months ago.

Re: Forum problem or not compatible with FireFox?

Its a result of the countermeasures to stop a hack that has been attempted.

A group has been trying to take the site down and the server company added a device to counter it and it caused some errors. they took the device offline late today, so the errors should be gone.

But for the last month we have been hit with a constant DDos attack, so they have been trying to counter it.

I lost a computer for about a month due to one of those ad viruses about 2 months ago. It was called "System Check" and had a nasty redirect in it which lead to tons of Trojans. I almost trashed that computer.
