Foundation Stocks - Great service!

I've been seeing so many bad news stories about poor customer, I thought it was worth mentioning the great experience I had with Foundation Stocks. I called them back in December and I discussed the stock options with John-Kyle who is a great guy and was extremely helpful. We decided on the stock, and he told me it would be 8 weeks which worked perfectly for me since that was right after I was getting back to the US.

No delays, no excuses and two weeks early John-Kyle wrote me the day I hit the States and told me my stock was ready. I got my stock two days later, and it is a work of art, I wish all my experiences in the custom rifle world were so smooth.

I would second that customer service, I had purchased a new to me Foundation stock that had some minor wear on it. I called them knowing that the stock could be refinished if needed and asked them the best way to do this. The gentlemen on the phone not only took time out of his day to explain how to touch up the stock, but also sent me a small portion of compound which did the trick.

Third here. John-Kyle not only makes an amazing product: the fit and overall quality of materials is incredible. he is also incredibly helpful and responsive in his communications. I've called/emailed him several times before to ask questions, grab a couple extra LOP spacers/SS rail, and it was really apparent how much he cares about the customer.

Now if only he made a Game Warden style stock. I would love to grab another Foundation for a hunting/cross-over build!

Do they have stocking dealers or are you guys purchasing direct from Foundation? Core seems to be out.

Recently had the same experience with John and Foundation stocks. Got my stock in mid January within days of promised delivery date. It is the single nicest precision rifle component I have personally owned. It's perfect.

I ordered mine direct, but I know Impact Precision stocks them.
