getting a foxpro wildfire caller with decoy jack

i used a borrowed mojo critter last year, loved the battery life, action, and portability.

thinking of getting the black jack so i can hook it up to the caller.

seen the videos and threads here and there on how to wire the mojo so it would work remotely.

mojo 40.00, blackjack 50.00.

i know about the ground stake and plastic breaking on the mojo and the fixes for that.

although remotely operating the decoy (just on aand off) is pretty "gucci", i'm not sure if it's worth the extra 10 bucks. plus i see the black jack looks as if the mounting wire is prone to be easily damaged and not quite the flopping around action of the mojo.

for the guys that have use both, what do you prefer, what seems to have the best success both on yotes and ease of setting up / packing / unpacking ?

Re: FOXPRO BLACKJACK OR MOJO CRITTER?

I've got/ use both. I like the Mojo, just wish it ran a little slower. The switch went bad on it so I ordered the Blackjack. I don't care for the wire/ decoy part of it. I'll never use the remote control either, just turn it on when I set it up. One thing I definitely don't like is that it's noisy. I'm pretty hard hearing and I can hear mine running from 15 yds on a calm day. That sucks.
I hadn't heard about people wiring up the Mono to work remotely. Could you give me some info on that?

Good luck,
Steve.
