Well done. I’m curious to see how it holds up after a few months or a year of typical reloading use. My charge master works great but as most folks, my biggest issue is the amount of time to drop powder.
I'm less concerned with speed, and more concerned with precision. It bn looks like a sweet setup, but I've heard some mixed reviews on them. Have you had any issues with it drifting at all?
Right, I think we all are. We all want that sweet spot of speed and precision. Which do not always play well together
Curious to see what your thoughts are on the intellidropper after a year of use.
I know you're not asking me, but, mine has been excellent. I ordered it during the black friday sale last fall. Ive got about 2k rounds ive done on it. Its been near perfect so far. By perfect, I mean within its margin of error with minimal overthrown.
I have a little system down. I'll turn the scale on for a while, though i haven't seen an issue with just turning it on and using it immediately. After I wait some time, I'll calibrate with the weights. After I calibrate, I'll zero and then powder Calibrate it. I had some charging issues early on, but doing that seems to have solved 100%. It never over charges. On the rare occasion that it unders, I'll just hit the trickle button and drop a kernel or 2. I would rather have it under charge than overcharge. A quick trickle is better than trying to futz with taking some out.
I mainly trickle IMR4064 for 308 and 223
Love mine. I don’t use the app much but I follow the warm up directions.
I’m late to the party but I’m just realizing thats probably why it automatically turns on when plugged in.I've seen a lot of guys recommending to never turn them off. I guess the theory is that whatever is "warming up" is in that condition all the time?
