A few years ago a guy in his garden under the approach to Heathrow almost got splatted by a frozen body that fell from a Kenya Airways flight.
It never happened to me, but at a previous job, we had MD-11 freighters that occasionally had eyeballs staring out of the center gear well during the walk around at Lagos.
