Looks like the receiver is free floating and the barrel is held by a bedding block.
Also it has a plunger ejector that is mechanical not spring loaded, definitely different.

Anyone seen a rifle bedded this way? seems interesting.

That bedding block is main stream in long range BR. Means you can use a heavy barrel and not have the action try and hold it up. Also useful as a way to reduce harmonic variation in a long barrel.

Not uncommon. Instead of a 10+ pound barrel hanging on the threads the lightweight receiver hangs on those same threads. Not uncommon to tune barrel harmonics anyways so what's it batter of you're using a barrel block

Kind of like when you have the really big camera lenses, you attach the tripod to the lens and the camera hangs off the back like a little attachment.
