Front sight with PEQ15

Who makes a good front site that works with a PEQ15 (AR Platform)

Since Railscales went LE/MIL only for their LEAF sight, I think the only other option is Midwest Industries.
I have one on my MK18ish gun.
Seems to be a quality piece.
