Foundation comes with the bottom metal and mag, yes. It sits around 4.9lbs and cut for a Definace LA, Dark Finish. Never used, paid 1461 for the setup. Price is Very firm.

It was mounted, Zeroed, and taken off. Used as a backup scope for ELR match, never had to use it for the match fortunately. Web picture of reticle for reference.
