Selling a lightly used CZ 557 Varmint chambered in .308. I purchased this rifle new last year for my dad and we have since put 260 rounds through it. Only reason for selling is he is looking for something lighter recoiling with a suppressor.
This is a modern take on a more traditional rifle style. Walnut stock with thick, vertical grip, 10-round DBM, heavy/fast twist barrel (1:10, .875” at the muzzle). Shoots 178 ELD-M handloads under 1/2 and FGMM 168 SMKs right around 1/2. These rifles deliver exceptional quality and accuracy - especially considering the price point - and would make for a great Production class or precision daily driver.
