FS: Nightforce BEAST

For sale is my Nightforce BEAST. I'm the original owner and was purchased through EuroOptic. It has been mounted once in the ARC rings shown in the pictures. It was been on one rifle and has about 120 rounds through it. I sold the rifle and the scope has remained in storage. The scope will include everything that was included by Nightforce. The specs are:

The scope does not include the ARC medium rings but can be purchased with the scope if the buyer requests.

Bump for a great guy and a fantastic scope. You want a scope that will let in enough light at the end of the day near sundown and still be clear as day? Buy this scope. This is one of the clearest pieces of glass I have used to date. Clay is good to go as well. Great guy to do biz with. Buy with confidence.

If I am not mistaken the ATACR can only be had in Second Focal Plane whereas the BEAST is First Focal Plane. That’s probably the most glaring difference as both have 34mm tubes and the glass is most likely similar in quality. I give the edge got the Beast in glass quality but I have never used one side by side so that’s purely from memory. On the otherhand, if such things are important to you, the ATACR does offer more focal range going all the way up to 35 power if one so wished. The beast is 5-25. Those are the big differences. If I was to simplify the differences then I’d say one was more of a benchrest type scope personally vs one that was better for field duty.

ATACR F1 are first focal plane. The beast is made in the USA, has locking turrets, more elevation, .2 mil clicks on the elevation turret with a .1 mil adjustment lever which allows for faster dialing.

I retract my previous statement. I don’t own either but have been behind both. I still give the Beast the win for glass quality. I thought I was shooting good glass till I got behind one of those lol. Night and day difference, especially near dusk, between the beast and another high end scope that I won’t mention.
