The kit is made in the US from 303 stainless so they will not rust. The ball bearing is a Rockwell C80 so they will not wear and should last forever. This kit takes the normally rough Savage bolt lift feel smoother. These do not require any modification to the gun. No need to trim or space the Bolt Action Screw (BAS). These are ready to go, you do not need to buy anything other than a 1/4" allen wrench to remove the BAS at the rear of the bolt.



These WILL work on the Lapua Magnum action, any model 1X/11X with an allen wrench screw at the rear of the bolt but without the cocked indicator.

They will ***NOT*** work on Savages with the cocking indicator in the bolt or the Axis or Fusion or any Savage with flat tip screw slot at the rear of the bolt. If you have a F or J action these will not work. If you have any doubt you can measure the screw at the back of the bolt. If the threaded part of that screw is ~.500" these should work.

You can see the cocked indicator at the rear of the bolt. If you have a button at the rear of the bolt that drops when you fire my bolt lift kit will not work. If the screw at the rear of the bolt has no hole through the middle for the cocked indicator then my kit will work.

How much thickness (internal length) does your kit add.
Flange plus ball height?

Minimal, there is no need to reduce the length of the Bolt Action Screw with this kit.

Additionally, it has been tested against the thrust bearing version and this one results in a more favorable bolt lift.

It has been tested both scientifically as well as by popular opinion.

I only have 3 left, if you are on the fence this is the time. Not sure who else sells this type anymore.

Since I wont be selling these any more might as well tell the story why I made them. I was in a helicopter accident that partially paralyzed me. I laid in bed 20+ hours a day because walking was very difficult. After a few years I was getting better and looking for something to do so I started making bolt lift kits out of 38 special cases that I threaded for a setscrew. I made a LOT of those and gave them away becaus my benefit was in making them. As I got better I moved onto other things and quit making the bolt lift kits out of cases. These are the same great quality at the SAME great price. Everything else in the country has been hit with crazy inflation….except these. Price is the same as when I started selling them over four years ago.
