Rifle Scopes Fujinon m22 binoculars help.

I just got a pair of fujinon m22's and was wondering if someone could tell me what system the reticle is setup on.

I have read that is setup on a mil's system with it being 10mils from the center to the 1. I have read that its also setup in meters

Ok. so is it 10 mil's to 1 or is it like a scope and 1= 1 mil.

1 = 10 mils, it's really designed for correcting indirect fires.
