Frank, you look and sound fine to me in terms of basic health. You also look and sound tired, and that's very understandable given your current activity level.
The guys are offering good advice, you probably need a mental health day, or week. If that doesn't bring you back up onto the balls of your feet, get a medical checkup. From where I am, looking back, I think this is something you can't leave to chance, to self treat/diagnose. Stress levels were a huge part of my cancer onset, back in my 40's.
I was working for Merrill, on the road every other week to one of 16 major regional data centers, and the stress compounds on itself after time. Nobody can do that indefinitely, regardless of outside pressures. So step back and look at your overall schedule and lifestyle. If there isn't a healthy serving of 'me' time spread evenly throughout all of that, make it so.
I didn't and most of the next decade was reinvested in cancer therapy and recovery, primarily because I had allowed the stress to reduce my resistance, and the indwelling AO exposure came out to play. Don't be that guy, Frank; the community needs you healthy and happy so you can be our bright guiding light for for a long time to come.
Just do it.
