GAP 10

I just ordered my GAP 10 to day they said it should be done in 2 to 3 months. I ordered it in 308 with a 20" fluted barrel, Magpul PRS stock, Badger FTE break, and
Ceracoted in coyote tan. I am looking forward to her arrival to see what its capable of.

I ordered a similar setup, tan also but with an 18.5"
barrel and a Surefire brake. And a week ahead of you.

Well this is more like it.....i went to GAP's website and it says that due to demand their AR-10's are on a 1 year waiting period.

2-3 months I can do.

I might give them a call today.

before i ordered it i was told 3-4 months, but then when I ordered they said it would be 2-3 witch is not bad at all

I'm thinking 18 inch with a ubr stock, NF 3.5x 15 x 50, and the whole thing dipped in ATACS hydrographics with an AAC 7.62 SD hanging on the end.

The lead time changes depending upon the weather. if you call me on a sunny 68 with a light breeze it could be as low as a month an a half.

This weekend's forecast makes of thunder storms and wind means 3-4 months on gap10.

Ya, it's the most consistent rifle I have at 1000 yards... why on earth would think a 16" GAP 10 would be "consistent" at 1000 yards. If you buy one of these looking to make your mark at 1000 yards, you're smoking crack.

Can I shoot it at 1000, yes, do I, yes, needs 39MOA, and with that I am lucky to hit 5 out of 10 shots, especially being at sea level, with 10+ mph winds.

the 308 is an 800m cartridge, we shoot it farther because we are arrogant and we can, not because it is particularly effect at that range.

Its kind of like putting flame stickers on your Ford Taurus, stickers always add at least 10-15 hp!

If you wear a backpack with Molle while your shooting it will also greatly increase your range and accuracy (as long as its coyote or OD green). Oh yeah don't forget your blood type tags and glint tape or the the molle back-pack will be rendered useless.
