UVM Apologizes for a Eugenics Survey That Ended in 1936
It came 83 years after the fact, but the University of Vermont issued an apology Friday for the "stereotyping, persecution and in some cases state...
Awwwww.... look at that. UVM apologized (to an audience of none) for its role in the extermination of six million Jewish people and countless other Slavs, gypsies and other "Untermenchen." A certain Austrian Corporal actually referenced the American Eugenics Society (largely based at UVM) for their fine work. And followed their programs to the letter.
Gee, how come lefty Che-Worshipping hemp-addled students aren't given a tour of the Perkins Building, named after a Doctor who promoted mass-extermination? And practiced it in VT.
And of course Margaret Sanger was a big fan of Perkins work at UVM.
Eliminationist Eugenics science was even popular, but, sadly for the UVM professors, was illegal in the USA as we even protected those deemed unfit to survive by the University-educated elites. But in Germany... no such luck! So instead, they'd just sterilize ya in Vermont!
But they can apologize in the middle of summer without so much as a press-release and exonerate an entire generation of oh-so-educated professors who directed the Holocaust... indirectly. You know what is REALLY funny... is that eugenics was referred to as "Settled Science." Settled science! Where have we heard that term... oh, yeah... right now every professor from the engineering department to the Med School at UVM is now prothletyzing the "Settled Science" of global warming if they want to keep their jobs and get tenure. Interestingly, a 'settled science' which , at its extremes, advocates exterminating most of the humans of the planet, except for an elite group of 'overseers' on behalf of Gaia. Yes, that means you, your family and everyone you know should be exterminated to protect rain forests. Unless you have a UVM PhD in environmental science and you really care.
