Genicular Nerve Block and RA

After years of rotating different concoctions they said it's time to talk about replacing. That's not an option for me at this time. So they offered this as an option to delay the replacements.
Has anyone had this done, did it work for you and did you get it done multiple times?

Haven't had my genicular nerve done, just had my first one done on my neck, C4-T1 last week. Gave me a huge headache for a day, but did nothing for the pain. Still feels like I didn't even get it done. I hope yours works better than mine.

Guess I'm one of the lucky ones where enbrel put me into complete remission. Off all RA meds for almost 5 years now. Best of luck to you.

I have done many. there are three nerves in knee. Two above and one below the joint. Temp block with local anesthetic. See if it works . Then you get have a genicular RFA. It works 50% of the time. If you need a new knee go to someone who does them a lot
