I have not had a chance to go to this place but I have shot matches with the people running it. I'm going to try to make one of there matches

I don't know if Joe at creekside stills does any training , I havnt been there in awhile now.
chief over at gunsite hills does some training , but he is one grumpy guy and ends up pissing off more people than he helps.
For me , most of the match shooting I do is the hard rock matches.

5 rds at 600,800,900, 1000.
NO wind flags or sighters
1 moa ring for 10 pts
2 moa ring for 5 pts
shot off bag or bipod
no benchrest equipment

223 class, 308/06 class ,
Derivative class, and ATG class
It's south of Opelika, it's not a public range and is an invitational match

Precision Rifle isn’t one of his focus areas but Frank Proctor is in Eastaboga, AL and is one of the best out there for carbine and handgun training.

As you make progress on this, I'd be curious to know. I'm hanging at Benning, wondering where I can go to stretch things out myself.

There is a new range in Talladega i think operated by CMP.
CMP is also in Anniston.
East AL has some good matches, just most are private and require invitation.
